During the months of February through to the end of April URBANBODIES presents the work of 16 exciting contemporary artists. Each month a group of artists will explore the theme of light in a variety of media to include installation, painting, photography and video.
Set against the backdrop of Brick Lane in London’s East End, passers by can interact with artwork that responds to the variation of light over the 24 hour period 7 days a week. Work can only be seen from outside the Gallery through the large glass facade of a disused shop,
Come and peer in and interact with art that explores the internal environment that spills out onto the street through projected light and the incandescence of urban issues.

URBANBODIES can be reached on bus routes 254, 205, D3, 25, 106, 388 and 8 or by train from Liverpool Street, Whitechapel, Aldgate and Aldgate East Stations.
